Return Process

Exchanges (if applicable)

We except exchanges as long as product is in original condition and packaging, unused with no defects. We accept exchanges for the same product if there was an issue with size. As All products are made to order we typically do not accept refunds for different products. You are responsible for return shipping cost

Please keep your tracking number. 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. As long as it's unworn and free of odor there should not be an issue.

If the item never arrives and you do not have a tracking number to confirm delivery, your refund will be declined.


If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. It usually takes 3-5 business days to return to your card. Your bank or credit card could take longer.

Refund Policy (if applicable)
All items are made to order, so we typically do not accept returns. However, we will accept any item that with any errors on our part (we sent wrong size, wrong item, the design is messed up, etc) within 30 days of the delivery date as long as the item has not been worn and is free of odor, hair, lint, etc. The item must be in new condition with tags and packaging. We will replace the item with a new one, unless you tell us, you just want a refund.

If the item has an error on our part, we will reimburse you for the return shipping. (For standard shipping options, we will reimburse the total cost - if you choose to pay some high price option like next day air - we will reimburse a max of $12)

If you just want to return the item, not because it is a wrong item or damaged, but you just had a change of heart and do not want it and it is not a sale or clearance item, AND we decided to accept it, there is a $10 restock fee per item.

 

Sale and Clearance Items are not refundable.

We can choose to make exceptions to these policies on a case by case basis. Returns outside of the policy may be subject to a restock fee, which will be discussed on a case by case basis.

The customer is responsible for paying for return or exchange shipping costs.

The customer is responsible for accepting delivery, we do not assume the risk of a stolen package. Once the item is marked as delivered from the courier they will send us picture and it is no longer our responsibility. You will be updated with a tracking number and can keep an eye out for your package at all times. 

If the package is lost in transit or never delivered, we are responsible, and we will replace the item once we are made aware of the situation and we can clear things up with the courier.
